Offer . . .

We got an offer on the house on Friday. Full price, we pay part of closing, but it's a VA loan -- HATE VA loans (or their appraisers)! We are praying that the house will appraise. If it does, we'll be closing on Oct. 9th. Just a few days after the foundation guys come to fix that!! We are looking in Clyde, but haven't found anything as of yet. Few things have our eye, but we haven't seen the inside yet.
